The Babro Tridente 43 has an overall length of 13 metres. Combined with the breadth of 4.60 metres and the almost straight prow, this descendant of Babro can be described as a miracle of spaciousness with three cabins and two wet cells among the options. And there are plenty of options, that’s for sure. The motor yacht can be laid out almost entirely according to your wishes. The virtually straight prow is one of the characteristics of the Babro Tridente 43. Another is the roof that slopes down on all sides, has rounded corners, provides all-round shelter and even protects most of the cockpit from the sun and rain.
The many beautiful and functional windows stand out most in the saloon. This window falls slightly back, which is a very nice touch, especially behind the partition between the saloon and cockpit. The saloon windows are sealed and have only two window pillars, affording you panoramic all around views. Add to this the sliding doors to the cockpit and the sliding roof and you have a sea of light inside.
This is also true below decks and in the forward part of the yacht. This is created by the long hull windows on both sides, the horizontal windows in the forward superstructure and the three hatches in that part of the motor yacht. A striking detail is that the hull windows and those in the superstructure are mirror images of each other. Another stylish aspect is the stainless steel fender strip under the gunwale at gangway level and the broad stainless steel fender strip that extends around the swimming platform beyond where the saloon begins.
The best way to get on board is via this swimming platform where you enter the cockpit and the gangway with a few steps to starboard.
The cockpit and the saloon containing the galley are on the same level. As mentioned above, almost anything is possible inside. Just an owner’s cabin with a bathroom and a separate toilet like at home, one or two guest cabins, a dinette or perhaps a longer galley if you prefer, an L-shaped couch and/or separate armchairs, the options are endless. The carpentry can be in teak, but also in modern design materials such as HPL. Of course, the engine can be something other than the standard 110 hp engine and you can opt for an extended top to completely cover the cockpit.
The Babro Tridente is designed as a spacious family yacht with the saloon and spacious open cockpit on a single level. Very spacious below, everything at saloon level: that was the bottom line when designing this series, together with its impressive styling and attractive lines. We know that adding sensational performance represents a huge leap forward in the world of steel yacht building. A Mediterranean beauty with a refined mix of colours and materials combined with the pragmatic, down-to-earth character of the northerner.
The Babro yard is located in the beating heart of Sneek, in the middle of the vast Frisian lake area. Informal and atmospheric, we always give you a warm welcome. With the firm ground still under our feet, we create an atmosphere that the Italians describe as "dolce far niente", or "the blissful idleness". You do nothing, we arrange everything.
