Yacht painting in Friesland

A yacht with a clean coat of paint is a feast for the eyes, and thanks to the latest 2-component paint systems, the paint lasts for years without losing its shine. But there comes a time when a yacht has to be completely re-varnished - from hull to superstructure. This is a downright critical process that can only be completed successfully if the necessary conditions are met.

Thanks to the availability of a fully conditioned room with overpressure, our professional painters can complete any job under optimal conditions. They are thus able to restore that annoying scratch at the waterline invisibly, without colour difference, fully in accordance with the paint manufacturer's guidelines.

Contemporary 2-component paint systems may last considerably longer than traditional paints, but processing them is a lot more difficult. Whereas in the past you could simply sand a scratch, putty it and then repaint it, today this process is complex and time-consuming. But once done professionally and under the right conditions [read: including correct temperature and humidity], the damage will no longer affect the surrounding paint system. Unfortunately, this was not always the case in the past...
